Hello?

Hello out there! It's been tooo long since i last posted! Crazy times...Summer being on of them. Also some family issues that i would rather not get tinto (super frustrating). I am back...

Peter had Lasik surgery and that went well! He just went back to work this week...he was home for a week it was sooo nice to have him around! I am getting excited for summer stuff! My sister is coming to stay this week... gonna be a tonne of fun! Sooo with my sister being here i might not be able to have an etsy update...gotta alot of stuff to put in the shop ( thebrownsweater)...but  i think it will have to wait till July! So since i keep procrasinating i will set the date for July 7th!!

Internet down alot this month and alot going on...so i will be trying for an update sometime in June...so when i am close to updating the shop i will post on here!

Emma Bean the big 1!!

My lovely daughter Emma is one year old TODAY!! She has been such a blessing and is sooo funny! She makes silly faces and is a little mischevious! She is so beautiful and loves to cuddle. She is always on the move and is super close to walking! Can't wait to see her personality blossom!

Happy Easter

The Easter weekend was great! Sooo nice to visit with all the family! Hope everyones Easter weekend was great! I found this great craft project . ..and here is how ours turned out!

I Heart Friday

Today is Good Friday and i love that Jesus died on the cross for us! Today we are remembering that Jesus was arrested, beaten and had the entire worlds sins on his shoulders so that we may have hope and enternal life with him in heaven!!!
We are going to be celebrating today with friends and family! Tommorrow we will be celebrating Emma beans birthday and having dinner with my family! I pray that you all have a great weekend! God Bless! Monday i will post the pics of the tomb that Kaden and I made so that he might learn better about Easter.

Who doesn't love a polaroid camera!! I remember my Grandmother had one when i was growing up...i loved it. The instant gratification of seeing what you took a pic of right away was sooo exciting!!

Well there is a way of getting one!! I have been following rubyellen's blog for some time now. She is sooo inspiring and creative. She has the cutest girls and the most thoughtful husband. The best part is she is a Christian and is super encouraging!

Food Revolution

Ah i saw Jaimie Oliver on Oprah the other day and i couldn't wait to see his new show Food Revolution! I saw it this past weekend and i loved it!! Love that he ran around in a pea pod outfit soo funny!

Last summer i bought a compost and this year i get to use some of the soil to use in a garden! I am soo excited to try to grow my own veggies and some fruit!! I never was a green thumb but since having an acreage and all this space I am starting to become one!

I want to eat better and want my children to eat better and be active and healthy. I love junk so it is very hard to say no to french fries and pop...but i am gonna try! I don't think i am strong enough to cut that stuff out but i am gonna try to stop buying processed food. If anyone has tips on gardening please leave a comment!! I need all the help i can get!!
