Happy Easter

The Easter weekend was great! Sooo nice to visit with all the family! Hope everyones Easter weekend was great! I found this great craft project . ..and here is how ours turned out!

I Heart Friday

Today is Good Friday and i love that Jesus died on the cross for us! Today we are remembering that Jesus was arrested, beaten and had the entire worlds sins on his shoulders so that we may have hope and enternal life with him in heaven!!!
We are going to be celebrating today with friends and family! Tommorrow we will be celebrating Emma beans birthday and having dinner with my family! I pray that you all have a great weekend! God Bless! Monday i will post the pics of the tomb that Kaden and I made so that he might learn better about Easter.

Who doesn't love a polaroid camera!! I remember my Grandmother had one when i was growing up...i loved it. The instant gratification of seeing what you took a pic of right away was sooo exciting!!

Well there is a way of getting one!! I have been following rubyellen's blog for some time now. She is sooo inspiring and creative. She has the cutest girls and the most thoughtful husband. The best part is she is a Christian and is super encouraging!

Food Revolution

Ah i saw Jaimie Oliver on Oprah the other day and i couldn't wait to see his new show Food Revolution! I saw it this past weekend and i loved it!! Love that he ran around in a pea pod outfit soo funny!

Last summer i bought a compost and this year i get to use some of the soil to use in a garden! I am soo excited to try to grow my own veggies and some fruit!! I never was a green thumb but since having an acreage and all this space I am starting to become one!

I want to eat better and want my children to eat better and be active and healthy. I love junk so it is very hard to say no to french fries and pop...but i am gonna try! I don't think i am strong enough to cut that stuff out but i am gonna try to stop buying processed food. If anyone has tips on gardening please leave a comment!! I need all the help i can get!!

I Heart Friday

I <3 girls night! A bunch of friends and I usually get together friday evenings for a night in/out! There is not much to do in this town but when we get together we have lots of fun! A lot of silly conversation and laughing!! It had been a long time since I had hung out with these ladies and it was much needed!! I have been in this house too long with sick kids and crummy weather. We went to dinner and played some games and I laughed till i cried!!! It's been awhile since that has happened. Love it!! Here is a pic of my beautiful friends ..

Heart friday is late, computer problems. I heart that it is spring!!! Although early last week it was "spring" and now we are back to winter...hopefully this does not last long!

I Heart Friday

I am feeling under the weather today so i am just going to say that I heart dates with my hubby! We went on a date yesterday...thank you Grandma and Papa!! It was nice to be away from the kids!! We went out for dinner and then bowling!! haven't gone bowling i ages!! Love it! We played three games and i beat him every time!! I'm not competitive ;D. I Love my man!!
