Vintage Suitcases! <3

I have been looking for the perfect hard suitcase/bag for my paints! I have found a few vintage bags for my shop...i am still searching for a hard vintage carry on case like the white one below that i can afford...for now i will just dream!! A new love!

This past week I have been sewing up a storm!! My MIL taught me how to use her sewing machine and now i want one...badly! I have just been sewing some burp clothes...but I want to sew some baby blankets soon!! I love it!! I would love to make a blanket for Emma for her big girl bed...i figure since she is only 2mths I have a lot of time to finish it! Also i found out that my friend Joy wants to make a blanket as well so that is pretty awesome! I don't really know anyone else that likes to sew, so that is awesome, we can work on it together!! I signed up for Rachel's Pretty class...she has a tutorial for a picnic blanket that i am dying to try out!! Two Months

Emma is now two months! We tried her in the jolly jumper ... since she holds her head up so well. She did good!

Shop updates!

Well I have added a new item in each of my shops! This painting is in Treelove26. etsy.com. I originally painted it for Emma and decided that it doesn't go with her room. Soo I have started another butterfly painting in her room colors...Brown and blue!

Bubbles the Bear

last week we had a visitor! Yup a bear! My mother-in-law spotted him by our trail in the back yard. He was super close to our house. He was on our sewer mound eating grass and then he was by our deck. It was so cool to see... that i got Kaden out of bed and we watched the bear go into the neighbors yard. We decided to name him/her bubbles!! When Kaden and i talk about bubbles this is our conversation :

Me: what is the Bear's name?

Kaden: Bubbles. Messy

Me: Bubbles is messy?

Kaden: Poopy. Wipes

Me: He's poopy?

Kaden: yah. Grandma clean.

That boy is so cute!! he is sooo funny. Everything is messy or poopy.

One Month

I can't believe Emma is one month already! It feels like she has been with us forever and at the same time it seems like yesterday i was preggo and anxious for her to arrive! Here are a few pics of our sweet girl!!

Spring = Creativity!

Oh how I Love spring! The snow is pretty much gone ..praise GOD!! And the weather is getting nice enough where you don't have to wear a jacket! Spring = playing outside, walks, painting, finally finishing the Christmas/december daily project i had going, new baby!!, my body back.. well sort of ( 10/15 pounds to lose), new haircut, flowers...i could go on! I love this new change after like a million months of grayness, cold weather and snow.
